MAMMA MIA! is a movie shown in Europe and America in July, 2008. This is made a musical "MAMMA MIA" into a movie. All the songs in a play is based on music of a pop group ABBA. This movie became the best hit in British. Director is Phyllida Lloyd. He also dealt with the direction for the musical. Amanda Seyfried played the heroine Sophie. Her blue eyes and long blond hair are very cute. Her singing voice also cute. Meryl Streep played her mother Donna. She is a very famous actress. Anyone have will have looked her once in a movie. Grand her singing voice enchant with everyone.
The story was set in a fictitious hotel of the Aegean Sea. Donna who was the owner of the hotel and her daughter Sophie lived peacefully. A wedding ceremony of Sophie approached tomorrow, and invited guests began to arrive at the island by ship. Donna met to Losey and Tanya who were old friends. They delighted to meet after a long separation. In the meantime, Sophie confided a plan to her friends. Sophie read her mother's diary secretly, and she knew that there were three candidates for her father. Sophie sent invitations to the three men by a name of Donna. Sophie wanted to walk the virgin road with her father. Of course Donna didn't know about this plan. Sam, Harry and Bill who the candidates Sophie's father didn't know such circumstances. They came to meet to Donna after an interval of 20 years. Donna was upset by sudden appearance of former him 20 years ago. Is there a Sophie's father in these three people?
All songs in the play consist of ABBA and they are very famous. I have listened to most music. I especially liked "Honey Honey". This song was the second number. Sophie sang this song when she read her mother's diary secretly with her friends. She sang "honey honey" and she was very cute. I felt so good, and hummed it with her. "Money, Money, Money" is very popular song of ABBA. This song was the third number. This song is used by TV programs frequently. The hotel which Donna run was very old. She doesn't have much money. So she began to sing, "money, money, money... "Dancing Queen" is the best part. This song was sixth number, and it used the end scene of the movie. The scene which many so people sing and dance was wonderful. It made me very happy.
I like a movie which style of musical. So I liked this movie very much. ABBA is very famous group. I exhilarated by all songs, and my legs move naturally. The story has a happy ending. Sophie really wanted to see her father. This caused various cases happened. I empathized with Sophie. There was a scene that she quarreled with Sky who was her fiance. I really prayed for their happiness. I was made to think what is the true happiness by this movie. I really want to watch "MAMMA MIA!". (505/3469 words)
